		<description>Great story.  I&#039;ve worked with a lot of celebrities and the one thing I&#039;ve noticed too, is that the best do, in fact, have total control of their personal brand.  They know who they are, what they stand for, how they want to be portrayed.  Whether it&#039;s Tiger, Ellen, Oprah, or MJ.  A trait worth admiring and learning from.</description>
